Damn... the area around Sacandaga Lake is pretty nice. Did you get a chance to check out the conklinville dam? It's a nice photo op, real quiet and serene. You used to be able to get around the fence and hop about on the dam and powerhouse, but no idea if National Grid has 'fixed' it. I was out in this area in 1999 doing a cable audit for a subcontractor... i must've gone around that damn lake 50 times. :oP

Anyways, nice find. Going to miss this shit when you disappear to Jersey.

As far as Congklingville Dam goes, I've been very tempted on several occasions. I've circled the res several times looking for anything interesting, but to no avail.
I was in TI the other day at the site of the old IP mill. And for some reason I thought it would be cool to crawl in the pipes that surround the falls, the last remnant of the mill... then I regained my sanity!

I DO have a something or other to share from Corinth, possibly my first experience with going into pipes! Or whatever they call that.
