I'll say it again:

From the Request for Qualifications, FSH redevelopment opportunity:

In summary, DCAM, the Town and MHC wish to facilitate the redevelopment of the contributing historic buildings and landscape on the Disposition Property. However, as stated in the MOA, it is recognized that certain buildings, many of them severely deteriorated may lack prudent and feasible reuse alternatives and may require demolition

[...]

given the historic status of this site, Proposers are required to include a preservation
architect and or firm with expertise in preservation and adaptive reuse of historic
buildings on their Development Team.
The Campus, with its nineteenth and early twentieth century architecture, mature trees and
open landscape, is listed on the National and Massachusetts State Registers of Historic Places.
At the time it was listed in 1994, MHC determined that most of the buildings contribute to the
historic character of the Campus. MHC has defined the major contributing buildings on the
Disposition Property as follows: the Administration Building, Wings A – E of the Main
Campus Structure, the Superintendent’s House and Garage, the Gymnasium and the
Chapel.

[...]

According to the MOA, the main buildings on the Disposition Property that may be demolished
include Wings K – O of the Main Campus Structure, the masonry and carpentry shops,
and the Dexter Building.

I don't know the name of the building, but the rectangular building is now being gutted. It is across from the main buildings.
