	Well after driving by the place a few times after SEXFEST we saw that the church is 100% razed and the dorm buildings are most likely to go in a short while. Signs infront of the property indicate they're looking for new tennants and development from folks.

	How of it is left right now??? Not even the concrete road. I went there and all I found was: A mountain of sand, A metal pipe, An old Heater, A rock, and some kids made a tree house in the near by woods. But I went when it was there, and it was mad cool. The church was converted into a skate park, and Satanic paintings ruled the walls.
