My friend and I visited this morning at around 7:15 A.M. and there were no cameras, no security, no nothing. Definitely asbestos, oh my god. So much asbestos. Please wear a respirator. And boots. Glass everywhere.
The place is huge and we spent about an hour and a half there. Insanely easy to get in, the place is just wide open but also extremely visible from the street. We came from about an hour and a half away and the trip was definitely worth it. We didn’t want to chance any of the stairs though so we were almost exclusively on the first floor. Lots of interesting graffiti to see. Be careful and watch your step!

The way we got in was there’s a walkway/path right next to the place along the river (right next to a parking lot for a park, that’s where we parked the car) there’s a few holes in the fence and when we went, a temporary gate that you can just squeeze through. Just walk along side the place and see. If you can’t find anything or they seal it all up, you can probably just hop it. It’s not that high.

So, I went here recently to check it out, and Im sorry to report that it's finally being remolded. demolition has already begun on some areas and it's only a matter of time until it'll be repurposed like the pearl. a great fate, for sure, better than regular demolition, but I just with I coulda visited this place while it was still empty

Made it out to Lonestar the other day. It is alive and well with easy access and relatively mild exploration except for the basement area. I went during day time but stayed inside most of the time. The garage/shop area separate from the brewery is a homeless hotspot.
