This is my first post on this site, so please bare with me. These are photos I took a few months ago during a trip to New Orleans.

This site might be old news for the audience here, but it was amazing to me.

Nice shot down the track man! Worth the climb!

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Its been almost 2 and a half years since I was here, it's barely changed. Was security driving around in there?

I've been dying to go here. It seems pretty intact still. Good shots!

Any idea how long the place has been abandoned for? Also, as others have mentioned, the shot down the track is top notch man.

If it's the place I think it is, then it's been abandoned since Hurricane Katrina.

No, but there was a car posted at the main entrance. I hear the bigger issue is people hiding out in the park to mug explorers like me, but I didn't see another soul

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.
