Sorry if I am posting in an incorrect spot/way I am new to posting. But it is so crazy seeing this place abandoned like this. A very long time ago, I used to come here every Thursday for my girl scouts meetings. It's crazy to see the nursery look like that, even abandoned. I had always remembered vaguely of what I thought the nursery looked like and it's identical to what I had remembered from many years ago. I would sneak off during our meetings to check out the building and even at that time before being abandoned, it was creepy. During our meetings, I remember we were only allowed to have 1 or 2 lights on at a time because the power there was total shit. It always gave me chills to be in there and even to drive by it. It was sad to see it go because it was a nice piece of old history, but I'm glad I don't have to look at it anymore when I visit family in Emmett. I know this is an old post, but thank you for sharing this. It's super cool. There are many abandoned places in Emmett that I hope to explore soon.

I know this post is about a year old but they have torn down the old church for a credit union. Emmett is my home town but I dont live there anymore. There are a few spots still abandoned out there but they are far and few between Good hearing from someone that knew about this place also
