This location is being renovated, since somewhere around 2015. It's slow going, but the inside has been completely cleaned out, the smokestack has been taken down, new windows have been put in, etc. It's still decently easy to get into, but it's mostly just a construction site at this point. Nothing to see. It's listed as being demolished, but the town scrapped that idea for a reno instead.
