you've changed the information to say that the place is for sale? you should get a group together and get a real estate tour. most realtors are pretty big pushovers when it comes to taking pictures and stuff. and you'd just haaave to see every area of the building if you were gonna spend 750 grand on it.

Sorry about the lateness of the update -

The place sold sometime in 2005 to a gentlemen who intends to restore the building. I've heard the very nice man has interests in buying the old Allandale train station as well.
