en effet, l'ÉTS serait propriétaire et serait celle responsable des travaux. On le voit selon la nouvelle porte à l'arrière qui arbore un numéro de local de l'ÉTS ;) A-0127 ! Les cours y commencent à la session prochaine ! Just kidding ;)

Pour ce qui est de la pancarte, Drink cij cola , je me suis posé la même question lors de son apparition il y a une semaine !

les travaux se poursuivent rondement. En ce moment, il y a une imposante grue plus haute que la cheminée qui transporte des morceaux d'acier en haut, et la cour est clôturée avec plusieurs employés dedans.

Un trou béant dans le mur a aussi été bouché.

En effet. La partie au coin des rue Peel et William est maintenant isolé du reste. Planches de plywood, corridors en Tyvek orange... cette partie n'est presque plus accessible.

Pour ce qui est du trou béant dans le mur, ils y on construit des locaux dans lesquels ils entreposent le matériel.

La "rénovation" se fera selon les standards LEED. Un soutien financier de 20M$ vient d'être accordé à l'ÉTS pour transformer l'ancienne brasserie en bâtiment LEED. Tout un défi !

Dans le devis technique, ça dit qu'ils garderont une cuve de la Dow, laquelle sera intégrée au lobby principal du "nouvel" édifice une fois les travaux finis. Avec une jolie petite plaque explicative et sans doute une photo d'époque j'imagine...

c'est drôle de voir plein de travailleurs habillés en Martien se promener sur le toit de la Dow.
Aujourd'hui ils sortaient plein de stock du petit entrepôt en tôle blanche tout en haut de la Dow.

De dehors on ne vois pas grand chose... seulement la mise en place de quelques échaffauds (ce qui a nécessité la grue de de la semaine passée pour les montées en haut) ainsi que les travailleurs vêtus de leurs tyvek blancs et masque respiratoire que se promènent.

Par contre, l'intérieur c'est complètement autre chose. Les travaux avancent TRÈS vite et on ne circule plus comme on le pouvait avant. Différents secteurs et zones on été mis en place.

Je posterais quelques photos que j'ai prises la semaine passée un peu plus tard si cela ne fais pas trop répetitif selon certains.
