Yes it was still pretty tight. This was my second try and you have no idea how much everything had to line up just right to get in there that day! Daytime isn't impossible but it is harder. Once you're in though it's a bit like the advice I've heard for HP - stay off the main road. Once you're inside a building you're fine for the most part. Only encountered one resident.
