|
Geo's, Hyundai's, Fiesta's, etc, are just like bic lighters. Disposable.

| | | There's a lot of abandoned places in Bear Valley. This is either used to be someone's house or a storage facility. Half of the building is boarded up and one of the doors was open. (Edit: removed broken picture links) [last edit 3/29/2009 5:42 AM by RailGuy88 - edited 1 times]

Those damn things are all over the state. Rednecks love busses, they're easier than building a log cabin or prefab for your hunting or drinkin' camp. If Alaskans ever join the space program, the moon base will be constructed of old schoolbusses covered in sprayfoam.

And there is nothing wrong with that!

| | | The Jesse Lee Home is currently being restored, and they've fenced off the buildings in the meantime. I might be down for Kenecott over the summer, but I've already got plenty of explorations planned.

| | | You act like they actually have funding to fix it up.
And they fence it off to try to keep these wonderful graffiti artists that we seem to NOT have out of it.. as well as kids who will destroy it.
Fence.. ITS A FENCE. If it makes you feel any better i'll message the non-profit organization who is tryin to preserve it if we can go. (looks like they havent actually met up since 2007 on top of it.)

No need to bite my head off. ;) While we're on the subject of no pics. Here's a best of the best run-through. Buckner

| | | Darkangel, there's some interesting Nike bases and flood control stuff around North Pole, as well as a bunch of stuff in FBX. Don't take pictures of the refinery though, the local cops are convinced that "French Terrorists" are out to get it.
