Cynical or not, that is a good point. I know there would be people who would scout the DB for locations that are virgin, just to be the first to leave their mark. In theory, that's why we have the level system, maybe that system needs some tweaks...but let's not open that can of worms.
good point nonetheless though.

Bingo, that and people looking for a clean slate or tempting them to tag it. best to avoid the feature just in case, but it is a good idea.
