| | | "Death Tunnel" < on 8/24/2005 2:59 AM >
| | | I would highly recommend watching the "Death Tunnel." It is about the 'death chute' which was a vital passageway for dead bodies. Instead of carting the dead remains of people after they were ravaged with T.B., they were just put into this 'chute' so that other dying patients would not have their morale drained. http://www.deathtunnel.com/main.html -- Photographs and history at Abandoned -- http://www.abandon...index.php?catid=84

| | | So where the frig to I get a copy of the movie? I checked Netflix, and couldn't find it or the documentary there. I assume it has been released, right? Any ideas or help? [last edit 10/1/2005 8:55 PM by obxprnstar - edited 1 times]

| | | Looks interesting. But is it out yet? The website dosent really have any release dates. It looks like another low budget independent film so it's probably not going to be in theaters or anything.

| | | I watched this movie today. The look of the movie was great but I must say, I did not like the story or the acting. The story did have some promising parts but over all I was disappointed. I recommend watching it just for the location and the true(I think) background story but thats all. I am looking forward to seeing the documentary "Spooked".

Yup. We watched it tonight as well, and I agree with you. I guess they did what they could on a small budget.

| | | The movie was on my desk friday when I got to work. I don't know who left it for me; there was just a note saying that whomever it was knew I enjoyed old hospitals/asylums so this dvd was one that I would like. Everyone that was around me didn't know who left it on my desk...no one has admitted to doing it. The location of the movie was great; the movie itself, not so great. But at least it showed quite a bit of the Waverly Hills Sanitorium itself. It was definitely better then what little of the Sanitorium that was shown on "scariest places on earth"... Check out the movie at least for the views of the hospital... --Jenn

| | | So I'm watching this movie as I write this and I have to say, the setting is phenomenal, the soundtrack is pretty good the editing is bang on but as for the rest... I don't think I've seen worse acting since watching 'the brotherhood III: Young Demons' which was by far the worst movie I've ever seen. the one chickie... Tori, she's pretty freaky bizarre though. Adore the setting though. I've got about 30 minutes to go so who knows if it gets better... [last edit 4/3/2006 1:44 PM by journeylady - edited 1 times]

They made sequels to brotherhood of the wolf? I liked the first one! I'm probably gonna rent death tunnel although I'm embarrassed to walk up to the counter with the box.
