I can talk to you about this privately, but I don't think it's a great idea to post about it by name. The location is already so trashed. We don't need to give it more exposure online where anyone can Google it, ya know?

There are sensitive places, but I certainly wouldn't call this one so.

These are from back in 2019, when the place was only half full of human feces. The developer who bought it did so under an agreement to renovate it. I wonder if it'll ever happen.

Looks cool from the freeway, but when you go down Broadway, the amount of shopping carts and trash outside kinda detours you from wanting to check it out. Havent looked at it in months but im sure its about the same.

fwiw, Portland Fire treats this building as 'unsafe', meaning it's structurally compromised and in a state of disrepair so advanced that if it catches fire, the plan is to let it burn (like the abandoned Korean church on Clay that lit up a few months ago)
It's super easy to get into but I'd be very careful about running into any folks inside, there's lots of unhoused people experiencing mental health/addiction episodes that frequently play out violently.
