Settings were f/1.4, ISO 160, 1/400 exposure

I could've been more specific. I was wondering about your camera's internal post-process "picture style" settings under Q menu.

Off-white was the original color of the house. All the red and black gunk is mold, algae, and dirt.
I think the squiggles might be from snails or slugs crawling around eating the mold or algae.
