Attempted to research the place online for history/info and found nothing. Couldn't even find any other pictures.

Could those 2 cars give a hint as to the purpose of the mill? They look to be from the 70s.

I don't think so. I mean sure perhaps info for research purposes. My guess is it was a lumber mill. But then again I have no clue! Lots of assembly line/track remnants.

Were they any saw blades or chipper remnants laying around?

Perhaps those 2 cars were being stored there by the owner. If you could grab the VINs and run them through a database that might lead somewhere...

It's a plywood mill, the lathe that cut veneer was the burnt platform to the SW of the North building, that sent veneer strips north to be trimmed and then sent through the kiln that runs along the South side of the North building. Once dried they'd be glued, layed up and then put into the massive steam press that would process several pieces of plywood at a time. The boiler is to the south, the debarker is on a trailer to the west of the buildings.

Neat to see this place here after all these years.
