I found this place a while back and I just now got around to exploring it (what else is there to do right now?). It was the biggest functioning show hall in the area with 1700 seats and three stages. I'm not exactly sure why it closed down but it was last sold for about $6mil.

You caught some nice dust orbs in #7. I always have fun with those. This place looks interesting - is it actually old or just styled to look classy? The decor has an artificial feel to it. Still a shame either way that people are smashing it up, but all the good ones go that way...

Beautiful work Volkmared, good to see you back! It is a shame the vandals and smashers found it, but you have some great shots here, that chandelier 😍. Thanks for sharing, hope you're staying safe and keeping healthy 😷...good thing for us explorers, we know social distancing, and tend to have gloves, masks, and sanitizer on hand. 😉

I noticed those orbs! They're always fun to pick out... the building isn't really that old. I think it was opened /around/ 20 years ago. I was told it closed down in 2010, but my brother and I found some newspapers from 2013. It's a mystery!

Thank you!! I figured going to a vacant building was a lot safer than going to a public park ;)... it is a shame it was all beat up though! I found a YouTube video of an explore from 2018- it was untouched then!

Great photo set! #5, #7 and #10 are probably my favorites. Glad to see you're making the best of a bad situation- it's a weird world when urbex is the safer option.

Thank you so much! It's definitely been hectic, but I'm glad I always have something to do
