The boiler building is a part of a larger factory complex. I am still debating whether or not I want to try my hand at the factory building. it has power running to it and I have no clue if the security system is on... it is vacant though. this boiler building has been neglected. I assume they probably installed an HVAC system and just left their old boiler heating system to rot. it also appears to have served as a power cabinet at one point judging by the fuse panels... outside there is the left overs of a box containing vintage switch gear.

The furniture store I have little information on... there is a huge pile of sand next to the work bench for some odd reason. in another corner of the building there is the remains of one of those automated air fresheners and a random bench that looks like only a 5 year old could comfortably sit in it. but aside from that the place is pretty barren.

If your uncle Jack were stuck on a roof. And he asked for your help. Would you help your uncle Jack off?
