This is a location I’ve had in the back of my mind for years, but completely forgot about it until I drove by it a few weeks ago. It’s an old farm house sitting on acres of prime real estate, and features a house, guesthouse, garage, several stables, and sheds. I’m honestly quite surprised it hasn’t been torn down or trashed as it’s located in a pretty busy neighborhood but it makes for some great photos.

I was too scared to go into the house by myself so I’m planning to hit this spot up again soon with some friends to get those interior shots everybody wants.

1. Upon arrival, it became very clear this place was long abandoned.

2. There were a few of these signs posted throughout the property, although I didn’t see any sort of security at any time during my exploration.

3. The covered corridor along the side of the house. Just a rough guess but this place was probably built in the early-mid 1900’s in a spanish style farm house judging by way it was constructed.

4. This broken window was the only POE into the house that I was able to find. Really looking forward to getting inside this place when I have a few more people with me.

5. A view of one of the bedrooms through the broken window.

6. One of the bathrooms in the house through another broken window, but far too small of a gap for anyone to enter through. The pink was quite an interesting color choice!

7. The only real visible exterior damage on the house I was able to find, which has turned into a home for some bees.

8. The guesthouse, which was just a small single room attached to the garage.

9. Found some animal bones beside the guesthouse, anybody have a guess at what these could be from?

10. A view inside one of the old barns next to the horse stables. This is where they would’ve kept all the old hay and food/supplies for the horses and other farm animals.

11. The door to the barn that’s seen better days.

12. A few old light switches inside the barn.

13. Some old paint can and roofing that’s fallen decayed over the years.

14. One of 9 stables on the property.

15. Some more stables with the big barn that contained 6 stables in the background.

16. Thought this was pretty interesting, a tree grew through some of the stuff left behind. It was impossible that someone threw this over the tree as it was at least 30-40 feet tall, so which leads me to believe this place has been abandoned for quite some time.

17. Nature taking over one of the several sheds scattered throughout the property.

18. There were a few of these storage racks left over sitting beside the stables, probably where supplies for the horse were kept.

That’s all for now! I’ll be uploading a few more shots from this trip later in the week and hopefully some interior shots of the main house in the coming weeks!

It’s always pleasing to see a place decaying by nature instead of taggers and scrappers. Very happy with how this place has been preserved and I hope it stays this way in the years to come.

I made my dad drive me out here with the intent of mountaing biking nearby. Overall the trail near the farm house was pretty awesome, you could see Mount Umunhum from the top of the trail. I tried to get to the farmhouse but there were like 4 rangers near the farmhouse, it's pretty high visibility as well. Next time I'll go during the night. Good pictures

hard to tell but it looks like those bones might be from a jackrabbit based on the size and shape of the pelvis. looks like there only half of the pelvis, meaning its less likely to be something like a coyote because coyotes have a pelvis that's one solid piece. I'm no expert tho so take that with a grain of salt. do you have any more pictures of the bones?
