The tally so far. I need a LITTLE more direction if I'm gonna make a move.

Okay a few things:
Posted by flySparro New decal order coming soon. Not anticipating any changes to the current stock, gonna load up on Infiltration, kirkbride and hex decals because those seem to be the profitable ones.

I meant
popular, not "profitable".
Posted by skatchkins A vote for Yacht Club to be smaller on breast like the others. Nice job setting all this up.

Posted by Technomancer Dude, I love how you've taken initiative on the merch. Shirts look great! I'm partial to the "Bandos bandos bandos" design personally.

Thank you for the feedback, gentlemen!
Posted by _SFF_ Hi! I ordered some Infiltration decals (on Etsy) quite a while ago and haven't received them yet. Will you be able to fulfill it soon? Thanks!

Yes as I mentioned I just have to get around to spending another $300-400 on stickers. In addition to this shirt order.
Speaking of which, I was quoted for
144 shirts (arbitrary number from the company); I likely won't be ordering THAT many, maybe 1-2 designs. The COST on the shirts is
$17-24 CAD each and I have to front that to buy them. Soooo 100 x $20 per shirt = $2,000 of flySparro money that has to get sunk into these shirts before I can even start hawking them.
I'm thinking somewhere maybe in the ballpark of like... 40 shirts to start? I can narrow it down to 1-2 designs probably,
but what about sizes? I don't want to be left with $400 in "Small" t-shirts that no UER person will fit into.
That said, I'm slim and average height (5'10" and 145lbs) and I fit a
Small perfectly from this manufacturer.
I wish I had not only the volume to produce a bunch of designs but also make womens' tees as well, because my best estimate is actually 28% of decal orders are women. If anything, it might just be a limited run of ladies Mediums or Larges.
If y'all could weigh in on size preferences that'd be
great. Should I order all Medium? 90% Large? An even mix Small - XL?
Please keep the feedback coming!
