This building has been abandoned and re-occupied multiple times over the last 10 years but lucky it was vacant on my latest visit. The hanger was part of a USAF base built during WWII but is now a civilian airport. The airport is using very little of the original air base and much of it sits vacant.

Wish we had stuff like this here in NS. Closest we have to an abandoned AFB is Chebucto Road.

wonder if its still there

Might I suggest on adding some value to the forum instead of pointless comments on years old threads, asking if locations are still there, and asking where locations are in general? I promise you will get a more positive response. Also note quality of posts and comments will look much better when being considered for a full membership, not quantity of posts.....

Ya I'm working on that but I mean there's not actually a lot I can see right now on the site. So i'm stuck. My interest was reignited recently so i'm kind of looking around for old places I remember/ googling them looking for locations, and seeing if they are still there and trying to find a unique way to take pictures that hasn't been done a billion times. Otherwise starting a thread is just posting the same pictures everyone's seen thousands of times.

So is blowing the dust off of and bumping a 5 year old threads over and over again just to say "wonder if its still there", "rougggh shape", "where abouts is that looks cool", and "i dont think ive ever seen this one where abouts is it". But what does some goon with a cat avatar know? Please feel free to carry on and continue to receive the lack of positive response.

*snicker* PM me your PayPal and the like:UER Bucks conversion. You can then use the UER Bucks in the gift shop - there is a likes vending machine down there. But if you see Max Power looming about, don't tell him the machine only takes UER Bucks - he thinks it's just broken....
