What a week. Monday: dentist. One filling and one teeth pulled out but hey, at least I did get day off from work. Friday: dentist. One filling and another teeth pulled out but hey, at least I did get day off from work... and today I did get even photographing - more of that later. Anyway...

Midsummer Eve's morning... really beautiful summer day and I was enjoying it far, far at countryside. First I did photograph some cars before this pearl. After 5 years, 10 months and 19 days after my first visit, and exactly 400 days after my last visit, I was there again.

And for those who haven’t get enough yet... some local did told me years ago that family who last did live there, did have a child… who did drown into small driver that slowly flows by this farm. Sorrow were too much to handle, they did move elsewhere and so this farm did fall into oblivion. And I’m in love with it.

Midsummer Roses:

Like Rain did Oblivion Fall Over It:

Long Days, Nightless Nights:

With Twilight Spirits:

To Stay in Silence:

Slow Change of Times:

Sadness and Sorrow:

Descending of The Threads of Destiny:

Age of Rust:

With Ghosts of Cows:

From Poppy Meadows of Warm Dreams:

Last Horse Gone:

Let it Grow:

-----

And today’s off-topic-bonus-picture goes commercial. Well, not commercial because this exhibition is free but… anyway. If your way is taking you to Finland’s capital which is – as we all know – Helsinki, you might be interested to see this exhibition. And yes, I’m proud to be involved with 1 photo too (not that in poster but anyway).

And here comes all ordinary and traditional shit like ”have a nice weekend” and of course: ”CHEERS!”

Awesome. I love how stark and bleak the first few photos are. Cool to be involved in that gallery!

Great pictures as per usual. I might pay a visit to the gallery since I live in Helsinki for the time being. I'll see if I can find your shot.

That first one is probably my own favorite too, that house really have character... or something like that. And I appreciate it too, even it feels bit strange because this madness have always been so private for me... you know, must be alone to be able to find any photos and get into mood while I feel that most of people are so damned social even with these places.

Bloody hell, thank you sooo much. This have been extremely good day including photographing of Arabian horses and now getting drunk of course. And this did make it even better. You have choose details that I love there too. Thumbs up for that.

Holy hell, I was pretty certain that my commercial did fly over really high but it seems that maybe not - world is so small. And there's real challenge; if you do remember tell did you find it or not. And how whole exhibition was, it seems that I don't have time to get so far (it's over 100km from Forssa where I live). But you know, job causes lack of time and that time must be sacrificed to photographing and drinking.

Lovely! I like the ethereal quality of these. I think it's heater in the slow change one, or a warmer, either way it is a really cool find

Congrats WH.!!! Its about time you had an entry in a Showing Man. Just 1 photo though!?! Awww! You should have your own entire gallery IMO. What picture did you enter?

on to this beauty. Another one of my faves. Love the furnaces/heaters in this house. Thank You for the close-up of the rusty furnace doors. Gorgeous detail. ~Slow Change Of Times~ should be in a gallery somewhere too! You consistently deliver such wonderful work. Thank You!

Thank you so much. And yes, just 1 because you know, print's ain't cheap and I rather put that money to photographing and beer... so 1 was enough.

And yeah, this place really is magical. Thank you for your kind words!
