I made up the name for this building based on the actual name. It has nothing to do with the fairytale.

I explored this one a bit over a month ago, while it was wide open. It seems to have been resealed, so I'm gonna assume I can post this and nobody will do anything excessively dumb. And the building is hot, so I have no externals.

It was pretty empty aside from a squatter in the attic, but in the weeks while it was open new tags appeared inside. I could see the change through the windows as I passed by every weekend. That pissed me off.

The building, all in all, wasn't that interesting, except for the basement, where I found the boiler and some other neat old stuff. The stairs that lead down there were the worst-smelling part of the building. I went with a friend who didn't make it past that stinky poopoo point - she missed out!

1. Hmmm, do you think that door is the way out? Hard to tell.

2. One little room had stamps all over the walls, not sure why.

3. Vote for Martin

4.

5.

6. Gotta take the stairs, I guess.

7.

8. lol

9. Not formulated for personal use.

10.

11.

12.

11. Fuses?

12. Basement!

13. Boiler

14. ...is this a boiler also?

#11 what did it go to?
The long reddish things look like power resistors, what's in the sockets might be relays.
Never saw anything like that.
Interesting and ancient.

#14 is a fuel oiled fired low pressure hot water heater probably used to heat working space, I believe. Hydronic heating?
Perhaps supplied heat for a specific process?

The thing from 11 was just under some stairs, so I couldn't follow the wires. And your guess is as good as any for 14. I don't know much about the building's history.

The things in the sockets may be some type of power resistor. Strange find.
