A few random photos that I took of some abandoned churches. These aren't all the abandoned churches I've been to, just a few of them.

Beautiful abandoned church. While this looks like a medieval stone cathedral with renaissance ceiling art, this was located in a midwestern city. The "stone" is actually a heavy, concrete-like plaster, and the structural support comes from a steel or iron frame. In some places, the "stone" has given away, exposing the steel frame. Technically a chapel inside of an abandoned catholic school. Awesome stained glass and fixtures. I wish I would have paid more attention to the exposure because the stained-glass is a little blown-out.

Inside a heavily decayed church. An Okayish photo. The ISO was way too high. I wish I had a tripod on me for this photo so I could have lowed the ISO and done a long exposure.

This church, while it had power, was indeed abandoned. All the windows were boarded-up, and so were the doors. It was completely dark in here until my friend located the switches that turn on the main lights. A bland photo of a dope location. Taken on Nikon D3300

You've got some cool places here. I really like the 4th one because it's a tiny little church house, but it's got windows and paintings like in a nice church.

i really the Gothic looking ones. the first pic is a genuine ruin. it looks like its hundreds of years old.

You have a D3300. You don't need a tripod, you just need to use manual.

I shoot with a D3400 and I rarely carry a tripod. I shoot with the lowest shutter I can handle, an open aperture, and adjust ISO accordingly. That said, if you need more than 3200, it's not worth it.
