| | | It's not unknown for the DOE to abandoned radioactive contaminated materials on site. Usually encased and buried. There are state lands open to the public that have these entombed in the ground below. These have warning markers not to dig. Some clean ups weren't so thorough even at federal sites and some are ongoing. That door... it looks well sealed. This true? So... what's behind the door? I noticed the ceiling is made of prefab concrete, strong and durable. During the 50's and 60's there were many smaller subcontractors that did work for the DOE.
