Just a few shots I took at Breakers Waterpark just north of Tucson.

I don't recommend visiting here unless you're really ballsy or dumb, (myself being the second) as the current care taker of the property and full time resident just so happens to be a cop with a nasty attitude. Ask me how I know that. Anyway, if you do go and you make sure that he is out at work or something, know that there are dogs, but there are also a bunch of other cool things there like an old promotional VW beetle that I didn't have the opportunity to get pics of. See the left side of pic 10.

Pic 13 is an old Jeep Wagoneer, don't know the year. Inside was trashed.

How do you know that?

The dude found my car parked way off on the dirt road, but because there was nothing else around and it's a cool location, I guess he had gone through this stuff before and he started yelling at me from outside the gates. I figured it would be better to have the piss taken out of me than a cop snatching my plate number and doing who knows what.
He yelled at me, told me to delete the photos that I had on my spare SD card, and long story short that's why I don't have any pictures of the outside.

Also he told me that I was lucky his dogs didn't rip me apart... It was an experience...

I've been out car-ed, I'm slightly embarrassed. Do you know the year? Because it had been there for a while.

Wow what a cool location. It's sad to see places like this but there's something about them that just gives you this kind of eerie feeling. I wonder why he lives there or how he became the owner of the property?

For his family maybe? I know of one guy who bought an abandoned Air Force radar station in the middle of nowhere so that he could renovate the officer's housing into a neighborhood for just his extended family or something.

"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there.
