3.

The bats live in this room..

You DID it! Congrats! Nice pics of those bats. Kind of fuzzy cute, yet, down right sinister looking. I know the smell in there must of been ripe!

Love these photos! And you're much braver than i am. I shoot with a rangefinder like camera with no zoom, so it forces me to get up close. I see certain things that i would not want to be close to
I am impressed that there isn't mold in the house, especially in a humid climate. I wonder what that cabinet was for to the left of the fireplace towards the ceiling. Odd place for storage..

Thank you...I did use a zoom lens this time but was still inside the room....closer than I wished. There is probably mold...there is a lot of mildew on the walls. That cubby cabinet over the closet is common in a lot of the old houses in this area....this room is a bedroom and I remember when I was young, we lived in a similar house and the cubby over the closet door was in all the bedrooms....I use to imagine something creeping out in the night to get me!

I love the tree in the first pic, although I don't remember the name of that type...

The picture of that crane/ibis is so pretty! There's so much detail!
