	surprised it hasn't happened long before now with all the graffiti vandals and teenage ghost busters swarming all over the place

I always sort of put it off for this reason. It looks really interesting from exterior photos but the interior looks terrible. It could've been a really cool place if renovation was really possible, but I doubt it is.

yeah I guess its the kind of place real experienced urbexers would normally stay away from, nothing to see there...
