Here are some more mansions from my recent trip. Still editing lots of photos, but this gives an overview and includes a church or two. These homes were abandoned anywhere from very recently to 100s of years ago and many were originally castles, later used as residences. Mainly these shots are exteriors and I will post more interiors down the line:

Turret Mansion Inside

Turret Mansion Tower

Mystery House Door

Mystery House Inside

Mystery House

Church Window

Church Tower

Dark House Stairs

Pillar House

Haunted House Door

Haunted House Side

Eagle Mansion

Tree and Green Door Mansion

Green Door Castle

Spire Church Tower

Shudder Manor

Overgrown Hall

Martyrs Mansion

Martyrs Mansion Inside

Yellow Door - Martyrs Mansion

Murder Suicide Mansion

The Jealous Brothers House

Brooding Halls

Creeper Court

Twin Eagles house

Fascist Palace

Mountains Mansion

Old House

Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoyed.

What a Wonderful opportunity to see these places up close and personal. I cant EVEN imagine the feels you get from such gorgeous old mansions. The Window and the Tower shot are totally awesome! Every pic is another beauty... Thanks so much for sharing these with us! Cant wait to see more!

A raft load more on the way . Thank you so much! My trip brought up some anger and confusion in many I met as to why I would go to these places. To many they represent repression and colonialism, and to others a lost or fading grander past.

Thank you so much for posting these! Great pics and angles, but the double Eagle shot was my favorite. Keep up the great work!

Thanks! I thought that building was pretty neat. There was an abandoned church right behind it too and a well protected estate with a ruined mansion.

Thanks man! I've been really working hard on taking feedback from here and elsewhere. I sued to use too much color saturation and low exposure values for instance. Glad to hear I'm improving!

Thanks! The spire location had a pretty bizarre mausoleum for a man who thought he'd return to the world as a bee. A weird place for sure.

Wow, these pictures are really cool. Did you use HDR in some of them?

Thanks and yes, I do often use exposure fusion and sometimes HDR by taking multiple shots.

Pillar house looks like Atrus' library from Myst.

Great work capturing a wide tonal range in the harsh light.

That was one of my favorite finds. I didn't have it on a map and found it while going to another location by spotting it from the road. Apparently it ticked somebody off as I got caught later and my earlier presence there was mentioned in the conversation that followed. You're spot on with the lighting. It was very hard in many cases due to the overcast sky blowing out the shots, but I made it work in the end.

Thank you. It was a very different sort of experience. I will be adding more sets soon as I'm still working on pics form there (there's so many).
