A collection of over 200 tour buses, school buses, and charter buses located in the Southeast. Some of the buses date back until the 40's. The owner of the property owned a charter business that drove people to Knoxville for the World's Fair in the '80s. The fair brought in over 11 million visitors, making it one of the most popular world's fairs in United States history. One of the most favorite buses on the property is a tour bus from the '40s. However, after 9/11 the skyrocketing costs of insurance brought a standstill to the bus service. Now the owner's son lives on the family property and sells the vintage parts all over the world. The son states that he doesn't understand what people see and refers to the buses as "junk" in response to the overwhelming traffic to the site.

Very cool. Vehicle graveyards are always a neat find.

Omg that's bad ass! I love these old buses, to see a graveyard of them would drop my jaw!

It was literally on the side of the road on my way to a state park for a day trip with with my dog...such a bad ass find. I got the address to ask for special permission to tour the rest of the site!

Interesting intro. about how these buses took ppl to the Worlds Fair. Like the shot of the two buses sitting under the ivy covered tree and the one with the reflection of the clouds in the front window. Cool set. How many buses in total would you say this man has on his property?
