Cold, misty, frosty Saturday morning… after hard work week and those lost days I obviously got to get somewhere… but where? I did finally decide to get back to this abandoned farm that I’ve been photographing before this just twice: first at 2008 and then 2013. It did feel that now it was time for return… to see if it would still be there.

It was. And what’s even more amazing, almost NOTHING haven’t change since my first visit! I also did pay attention for some details that I did not notice before. First of all there is map of Jääski, which were part of Finland but what we have to alienate to Soviet Union at second world war. There is also photograph of church of Jääski, that were burn’t down during the war at 1941. After the war there were over 400 000 people that have lost everything from those lost areas without place to live, Finland did offer land to build small farms all over Finland. So we can be pretty sure that those who did live there, were from lost Karelia, and from that Jääski region.

To the Misty Countryside:

Statue of Dead Farm:

The White House with Fall Colors:

Those Flowers at the Window:

Everlasting Flowers:

That Silent, Cold Dusk:

More Flowers:

Waiting for the Night… That Will Never Come:

Signs of Everlasting Christmas:

Dying Words:

Butterfly on the Wall:

Those Moments and Memories (All Gone):

Fear of the Night:

2000 Years of Pain and Agony:

Holy Moment (Dying Religion):

When Time Doesn’t Matter Anymore:

Hanging Flowers:

That Long Gone Church:

Fragile, Fading Memories:

Let There Be Beauty:

Last Christmas:

Long Way from There to This Moment:

Let Me Wake One More Time:

Last Flowers:

- - - - -

And today’s off-topic-bonus-picture continues that “humans and horses” series. This is from that second try at few weeks ago.

Thank’s for scrolling this far. To the next time.

Thats a great piece! ~Fear Of The Night~ is just beautiful WH. The REDS on the dolls face and in the clothing are so vibrant. Love those eyes! Great close-up.

Wow, bloody hell, hard to get speechless with first comment after 3 pints and 2 absinth shots. Thank you very, very, very much for that (even it's bit scary if I'm only with this low style).

Hey, that place is so awesome! I really couldn't believe it would be so untouched... and all these years I've been avoid it because... I still am not sure if that is place where my brother and his drunkend friends did almost get killed by stupid things (and angry owners), so there's reason why I've been avoiding it. Now it seems I can't anymore, so be ready for overdose.

That coo-coo-clock was also WOW-thing for me immediately at first visit (with those flowers at window). That Fear of the night doll... I know it can be catched better, but this time it did feel so... you know... someone is coming, someone is coming even I did tell myself no, no, no and I did spent there about hour. Another thing were that part collapsed floor, and rest of it which were so soft that... you know. Hard. Thank you sooo much! Next absinth goes for you (and everyone above).

Thank you sooo much! I'm still without that absinth shot mentioned above, so you are obviously involved when I will go to get it from the kitchen, and it is NOW (22:35 when Evanscence's What You Want is coming from our self burned miscellaneuos music video dvd).

You are very welcome.
There are some talented photogs here but...in my opinion no ones work moves me like you and Jono. I always crack a smile when I see a new set from either of you.
You both are inspiring.

Holy Moment!!!! nice ...you pensive cuss!!

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.

Very nice shots, they have a very simplistic beauty to them that I really admire.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

This is amazing! Really cool stuff. All of these photos feel very alive, even though most of the subject matter is dead in a sense.

You take house exploring to a level of attraction that usually I only find in asylums or other large buildings. Really neat interior shots here.

Like the look and capture of ur photographs. The flowers behind the window is my favourite. looks like a color key, but I'm sure it's not. flowers ar beautiful. Even if they are made of oil. Flowers r the natures most colorful genitals.

Bloody hell, again I am speechless. Feels bit sorry to tell that not before than maybe next weekend... last weekend was taken by traditional halloween party (probably good off-topic-bonus-photo material ) and this weekend by rain and car repair... but next weekend hopefully... and of course I have only 15 work days left before FREEDOM! Then you will get over-filled with my post again, I suppose. Anyway, thank you very much. You can be sure that next Laphroaig shot goes for you! ^^

Aaaaaawwww, once again: I'm speechless (and feeling sad that this is already what? second? Third? weekend spend without photos week). Waiting for next time...

Wow, and again: you are also taking words off from my lightly drunken head! I'll think that in these thing size doesn't matter as much as details... and that is my luck because Finland is... well, here is not too much those larger things. I mean abandoned. It's amazing how they seem to always been taken to another use or demolished immediately. But I'm lucky to have heart that really loves those signs of past lifes... and feels good if someone can catch some emotions from them too.
