Haven't posted much from my explores recently, figured I'd make a huge thread with a bunch of stuff I haven't posted, going back to early this year. I'll probably get around to posting threads on most of these later once I get film processed etc.

First up is some shots from a real nice industrial locale, explored with pip lol and __________. This place has a 24/7 security that patrols, we haven't quite gotten to see everything here yet, but it's in the works.

Finally got into a building I'd been wanting to get in for years, a small door of opportunity opened up (for about a week). Unfortunately it was not as exciting as I had hoped, still it was nice to see. Explored with The Digital Cow and friend.

Great shots. I love the underground ones since a few of my first explores was an abandoned mine in Georgia. Thanks for sharing.

OMG!!! So many GREAT pix!!!!!!!!!

I'm so jealous. I have so little time to do anything anymore, let alone explore. These are wonderful. They really transport you to the place.

Such crisp images too. Mine always come out blurry.....I really don't know how to control that either since I just have an autofocus camera. I'm sure someone will tell me to buy a better camera, but I have no $$ to do that. I'll just have to practice and get better, but yours are truly amazing.

Ever consider selling your shots in an art show? I like that they are free to me, but you could make $$ with how good these are. There is a real "grit" to them that you can almost feel.

....and #61 make me choke on my coffee from chuckling. That's freaking hilarious (hope I'm remembering the right shot....it was the Halloween decoration still hanging)

Thanks for posting and I look forward to seeing more!

Gilgamesh walks through the mountain. He can’t see in front of him or behind him in the total darkness. He walks the first, second, and third double hour in total blackness and struggles for breath in the hot darkness. He walks four, five, and six double hours with the north wind blowing in his face. As the eleventh double hour approaches, the darkness begins to fade. At the end of the twelfth double hour, Gilgamesh emerges from the tunnel into the sweet morning air and the sunlight. He steps into a beautiful garden filled with fruit and foliage the colors of carnelian, rubies, and other jewels. Beyond the garden glitters the sea.

Nice work as always!!!!

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.

Sooooo VERY nice to see a pic heavy thread as awesome as yours. I started out loving pic 4 and 5...then i saw 8, which was killer Artsy. Lost count after that, but absolutely adored almost each and every shot!! Thanks for a great set.

Thanks!

I used a tripod for 90% of these, a tripod is almost essential for getting stable, clear shots while exploring I believe, without having to crank up the iso. I did a bit of sharpening in post as well.

What a sweet collection of shots. I'm pretty much drooling over these places, especially the spot in the first couple pics.

Wow! This thread was absolutely awesome! As always, great shots and so many great spots. You caught #29 great and just as it was. All of the others were great, and
29 subject was little different, but that was skill to capture. This thread may set a record for awesomeness! Definitely cool places there. Thanks for sharing and letting me join on some of those.

At one point that was a big boar. Believe it or not that's actually on a public road, not a highly traveled one, but still. Someone finally got around to carted it off not to long ago.
