	I've got an update request for the forum, it would be great to be able to select half hour time zones. I'm in Newfoundland and our time zone is -3:30 GMT and the forum time zone selection only shows full hour based time zones.

	Cool, I've added this. The 'auto time zone set' doesn't handle it, so just turn that off and then choose a time zone that is correct from the list.
