Yeah, but without knowing you from Adam's dog we probably won't say much here.

Good old Avius is still in the area, but I can't comment on how active he is.

Edit to add some content: Check out under that mall North of Raleigh... Not a bad drain system if you don't mind wet feet. Ditto for that one that always floods, although you might not make it to the outfall snout.

Also lots of building going on... and a few buildings stopped.
