	Just finished exploring an abandoned PECO power plant in philly. It's a pretty tough location to get into anymore they have basically every entry point welded. 	Not only is this one of the most consistently easy places in the city, but it's currently easier than ever. I was there twice a few weeks back and it was stupid how quick we got in. There used to really only be one way.
