I've made 2 trips. I've yet to get in to the part of the kirk that is untouched by fire. I was wondering if anyone on here could share their experiences with getting in and out of that building. There don't seem to be any points of entry on the front currently. I was wondering if the back center would be any less secure. Also, as far as anyone knows, are there tunnels under the kirk?

From talking to a couple other people, the admin is sealed up for good. No way in, no way out.

Yes, there are underground tunnels, but most are probably flooded out and inaccessible. I could be wrong about that though.

It's consider very bad form to ask for entry points here...
Especially in a complex that already has a raging arsonist problem.

I was hoping for private messages in terms of access points. I wouldn't want that posted publically. I'm sorry I'm new to the forum and I'm not great at the etiquitte yet. I have no intent to set fires I really just want to photograph and explore and the possibility of seeing this place from the inside is captivating. Overbrook was my first place and now that its gone I'm really obsessed with hrpc. There's already been 2 fires there since my first trip there and that breaks my heart. I was there 2 days ago and we almost got in to the unburned section but turned away because we heard what sounded like a car and footsteps. If no one is comfortable giving me point of entry I completely understand as I'm new here. In terms of the tunnels, I didn't see or hear any running water and its a bit up hill form the river so I'm thinking that theyd be okay in that sense but I wouldn't want to use them more then getting in and out because its a structural nightmare and everything is collapsing

I'm asking more for general recent experience in terms of guards and workers since demo has started vs before etc. The points of entry aren't really important because if I'm more confident with how security travels there I could probably find a way in on my own assuming its not completely sealed up(which it did look like from the front). If anyone is comfortable giving me some type of info I would be very grateful but I understand either way. And again sorry for asking for a direct point of entry.

Generally you'll have a lot of trouble getting info from people until you become a bit more well known by the community, but that's fairly easy to do. One of the best ways is to start posting stories and photos from the trips you have taken. I also highly recommend trying to meet some more established explorers in your area (or just start talking to some via PM on UER if you can't find anyone nearby). If you get a chance to explore with them, and demonstrate that you're not going to be harmful to these locations, doors will start opening for you.

That being said, I'm generally of the opinion that there's ALWAYS a way in ;P

First this shouldn't be posted in the Main Forum in my opinion. Or for that matter at all.
If you know someone, PM them.

Going into a structure that you know is structurally unsound is asking for pain. Collapses are many times without warning and inescapable.

If you're new here it's best the read as many threads and posts on UER as possible before posting especially in the Main Forum.
As for giving a stranger (and everyone else) on the internet specific instructables on how to get into a site someone took the time and trouble to breach is rather absurd.
It's rude of you to do so, by my estimation.

Asking how to get into Hudson is pretty funny actually...

There are a few tunnels under the Kirkbride. They are not flooded but they SUCK!

Somewhere there is a photo of me completely covered in mud and asbestos from traveling through those tunnels one rainy winter afternoon. Still better than the tunnel to old med at HV though. At least the Hudson tunnels have cool bats in them.

I completely agree. I'd never do b&e but I think there's always a way in. An already snapped board, a hole in the wall they missed, a movable board. And I'm good at finding them.I've been trying to post my photography but I'm having a lot of difficulty uploading photos. My computer is broken right now so I've been using my phone which I think makes it way harder. I'm deffinately looking to link up with people for the website and I'm really eager to gain trust within the community. Thanks for your advice and understanding!

Hudson doesn't mean anything to me personally. Bear in mind it could to others here. Attracting attention to any site generally ends up bad for the site especially on public viewable threads.
At any given time a dozen or more internet spiders are combing these threads.

Pics minus POEs are what you should be posting if you want to gain recognition here.
Unfortunately UER has always attracted it's share of trolls and vandals. Newbies are scrutinized rather harshly sometimes because of this. Contributing rather than asking publicly for info avoids confusion about your intents. Read old threads and learn from their mistakes... you don't have to look too hard to find them.

Welcome to UER

I've gone to HR probably 50 times (most since moving to Albuquerque) and spent hundreds of hours there, and I'm 100% confident there is no longer a way into admin. Theres no tunnel access due to collapses and debris in the wings, and where the tunnels DID enter the kirk was almost certainly sealed.

Even with a very tall ladder, tools, and lots of time I'm doubtful you'd succeed (but confident if you tried all that you'd get caught).

So forget it, you missed your chance. Still plenty of other stuff to see there. Just be polite and maybe you won't get a trespassing ticket when you get busted ;)
