Visiting Dallas Area on May 4

I am visiting the Dallas area next week for business and have free the afternoon (possibly early evening) of Monday May 4 and was looking to explore. I will be staying near the DFW airport, but will have a car. Is anyone interested in exploring with me, have any tips, Texas/Dallas specific exploring things I should know? I am mostly interested in drains and other below ground areas, though a low risk above ground place could be fun too. I won't have any special equipment besides lights and a camera. I have explored with a bunch of the MSP explorers a few times and Astro on her recent trip up to the MSP area,if you need people to vouch for me. Thanks.

To be clear, I'm not looking to be told any locations. I have a few in mind that I have discovered via googling and looking at UER archives. I'm mainly interested in an exploration buddy and info that will keep me out of trouble. I've explored plenty of drains alone, but its more fun with others.

Any luck finding anyone who's free on a Monday afternoon? Like I sent in PM, there are some good drains, but I'm not the expert - and I know even less about above-ground activities.

I'm up for cutting out of work early on a Monday afternoon, if you want to drain.

Had you been at Kidd Springs Monday afternoon you would have seen Herm, Funtrawox and me.

We tried Rat Race first, but would have had to walk right past the construction foreman to get to the entrance and we did not think he would be keen on the idea.

Did you try to access the old Rat Race entrance - which I'm pretty sure is permanently buried under 20 feet of dirt - or did you go to the other side of the highway, across from Fuel City?

We went to fuel city and peered across the street ,saw it all dug up, and a few construction vehicles with flashing lights. It didn't look anything like the google maps picture. It might be doable at night or on a weekend. We couldn't see any of the possible outfalls.
