So, this one has been in the back of my head for a while now. It's not too impressive, but I know it's been this way for years and years. And it's been a target of interest. This location has been a curiosity of mine for a long time, so I had to do investigate and post SOMETHIN about it.

Here we go!
1.

2.

Only one pump. ThaT'S AWESOME.

3.

LOOK AT THOSE PRICES.... that's how you know it's been abandoned for a while. Lol.

4.

That and the little tree that has found a home!

5.

Front view of the building.

6.

I love to see Mother Nature taking back what she started.

7.

And... the way in!!

8.

A quick last look at the lights before we crawl in the door.

9.

Inside, to the right.

10.

Looking at where the front counter used to be. And toward the back where the fountain drink machines were.

11.

To the left, when all the drinks and food used to be.

12.

Quite possibly the saddest part... no more ice cream...
13.

14.

The drink fridges!

15.

16.

17.

ICE MACHINE!!

18.

Behind the ice machine! looking in to the back room!

19.

More back room!

20.

21.

22.

23.

Lots of stuff still here, even though it has been desecrated on the inside.

24.

Definitely a kool, quick little stop.

Thanks for looking!

Lie rather still because this is the first time I've used this equipment.

I'm guessing late '90's??

Cool set. I'm intrigued by abandoned gas stations along otherwise barren stretches of highway. But I'm usually driving too fast or too inpatient to get to my destination that I do little more than eye it as I pass by. I promise myself I'll stop and explore one some day. Thanks for doing so and sharing your findings with us.

...this looks very, very familiar. What town is this in? It looks like one my friends and I used to walk to all the time...long, long, long time ago. Even the surroundings.
