Hey guys,

I'm a new member and just gained the right to post, so I wanted to get involved with the local forum right off the bat. I'm from the Annapolis area and have been into the idea of urban exploring for a long time, but only recently started taking action and actually exploring.

I've only been to a few places across Maryland but am working on reaching out to new places soon and am really excited to be a part of this community. For lack of a better way to introduce myself to the forum, I'll share some of the pictures I've taken below (though they aren't the best or most artistic).

All pictures are from a recent venture in the DC area.

I'm pumped to be able to have become a part of the website and am going to work on posting regularly and reaching out to new places. Happy to be a part!

welcome to the forums. keep the explores coming but don't use specific location names. That sort of thing is taboo here.

Funny, as popular as this place is, I've only ran into other people there once. I've also never seen the homeless guy rumored to live in the razorwire building.

That freaking building.. so spooky. There's always some sort of strange light inside if you look in from the lot with the old boat in it. I would not be surprised if there was a homeless guy in there.

Nice pics. I seem to remember seeing this place in another thread on here recently, the sign with the drooping letters is what jarred my memory. Not bad at all for a first post. Welcome to the site!

One of the more popular spots of the area. You'll notice the plethora of similar spots to this around here too with enough research, it's nice. Anyways welcome to the forums local!

Good job on the photos.
