I am happy to report that most of the nicer ammenities (marble countertops, etc) had been taken out by the owner.
With the roof the way it was, I'm not sure any of the woodwork could be salvaged. It's all been out in the elements for over a year now.

By my research, this was once owned by a very prominent family in the area. They sold it to a lawyer for $376,500 in 1999. I'm guessing he got his money and rebuilt elsewhere... He may be keeping the property until he can figure out the best way to get top dollar.
