Gotta agree with you... it was really shitty.
Took me 4 hours to locate my kids
on a stranded school bus 2 miles away...
then 5 hours to trudge there and back
with a pack of around 20 kids in tow (on the trip back)
add another 2 hours
trying to deliver each kid to their respective homes in our community...
but most parents were not there
Even though it might've been more fun,
to tie each kid to the a tree in front of their house...
...we literally had over 20 kids in our house
for another 10+ hours
as each family worked their way to our mc-mansion.
Last kid left over 20 hours later
when her mother finally arrived - on foot.
But it's over now. We lived. We survived. We thrived...
on hotdogs, hamburgers, bologne, milk, soda, and twinkies...
the sweetest come back.
ever.
