Noob here, new to the site. I've been interested in UE for a few years and have looked at a lot of forums. Looking to get out there and explore here in Calgary or the area. More interested in abandonments but am down to check out anything. I don't always have a lot of free time but can always make something work and a budget can always be arranged. Don't know anyone or of any locations here as I'm from northern Alberta and have only ever been into a hand full of old farm houses. If there's anyone out there let me know. 420 friendly & respectful, I want to explore and take pics no interest in vandalism or anything like that. I have a family and am pushing 30 so less risk of injury or arrest would be great and I realize this is Calgary so abandonments are rare but hopefully theres something we can find. sorry to run on lol.

JIZZZ!! OMG!

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!

If you're looking for someone to explore with in Calgary, let me know.

The Cecil is still standing, but I believe it's mostly boarded up. With it's proximity to the Drop-In Centre, you'd be running into a lot of drugged up homeless people. Some of them are nice, others will stab you for a smoke.

Hey I'm new here and currently living in Calgary, originally from Regina. I've only done a little bit of exploring including Fort San (Near Fort Qu'appelle in Sask)

I like the old buildings to explore, not a huge fan of tunnels and such.
Is there anything around Calgary to check out?

I'd be interested in tagging along.

Not for the Cecil though, due to the reasons mentioned by Kojaks
