Whoa, a rollable fridge!

I've struggled with a five pound wooden pallet wafting in the breeze over a fence hole. I can't imagine a fridge.

No pics, but near the train roundhouse in Vic there's a volunteer fire department/coast guard base/warehouse complex thing. There's a fence with a complicated looking electric keypad lock, and ten yards to the left there's a 30 yard wide hole in the fence. Just gone. Ripped open. Not sure why they even bother with the gate...
Then again, this is the same place that had the fire alert going off for a steady three and a half hours before they actually left the station, so who knows what they actually do in there.

The pics and stories on here are hilarious, keep it up

I know about this airbase that has in the inside a secure area without a fence, just a yellow stripe with some openings in the stripe as the doors.

In case you would cross the yellow line at any other part than the opening the guards would hold you at gunpoint until you climbed back over the yellow line and used the opening.

Not sure if it was an airbase or a Fort, but they all have weird laws.

Went to one building with seemingly excessive protection. The doors had huge chains with 2-3 padlocks each. The windows were all boarded up... and when we walked around the back of the building there was a truck entrance into the bottom floor: wide open, door fallen into disrepair.

The funny thing about blocking holes with moveable shit is that it's usually a big beacon from far away exactly where the hole is.

And its easier to cut through one wire than a hole fence.

If its a "hole" fence, what are you cutting?

Blah Blah Blah. Shut up and open the damn door.

More of a suggestion really.

To this locations credit, its so remote that if you can get here you deserve to explore it. No fence is really needed.

I find it funny when people think barb wire fences will keep people out or boarding the building up will keep people out. Seems like the places that are all boarded up if you go to the back of the building the back door is always open.

Boarded windows is an effective security measure. Even if the door is wide open, if there's almost no light inside I don't really care much about a place. I'd rather not shoot than shoot with flash.

Explorers are the ones who accidentally leak locations out to the people who ruin them. Keep out the photographers by making it less desirable to shoot...and you've got an effective security measure even if it doesn't keep people from being able to get in.

My two cents.

1.

How about a stick holding a door closed on a shed.
Because no one would ever think of moving that stick.
