No. There are no 200 series batteries at Fort Worden. This is in the Harbor Defenses of the Columbia River. It's actually in a park, but there are no signs or anything that tell people where this is. You have to hike in a way to the top of a hill to find it. Most people don't even know it's there, unless they hike up and stumble into it.

Yep, that's the place. to be specific, it's Battery 247. Fort Canby is rather small compared to Puget Sound or San Francisco forts. Across the river in Oregon is the bigger companion to Fort Canby, which is Fort Stevens. Believe it or not, Fort Canby used to be much bigger, but the Parks Department tore down most of the fort garrison buildings many years ago.
What I like about this battery is that it's kind of tucked away from the other batteries and gets less visitors. There are two other batteries that I am trying to get to, but they are on Coast Guard property, so those will be a little harder to find. I have maps of their locations, and plan on getting to them soon.

You're right. That is the remnants of an old Quartermasters wharf. There used to train tracks that led from the wharf to all four batteries on the fort to transport materials and ammo. If you look closely in your photo, you can see the coast guard station on what used to be part of the garrison of Fort Canby. Just on top of that hill are two batteries. One is accessible to the public, and even has a museum built on top of it (Battery Allen) . Just further east from that battery is another, which is not open to the public (Battery O'Flyng) , along with a searchlight shelter and three observation stations. Down closer to the water within the coast guard station is another battery (Battery Gunther) , which housed mortars, used to send high arc shells onto the lightly armored decks of battleships.
I guess I know a bit too much about all this, but then again, I am "bonkers for bunkers"...
