I am looking for some people to meetup with and find some abandoned places to take some pics of.

Anyone interested?

Where you at? I am trying to get into the Idaho Linen Supply building downtown. I am going down there right now to investigate and see if I can get permission to go in.

Other than that what are you thinking? I would like to check out that retirement home in Nampa too. That seems a bit more difficult though.

Your thoughts?

Retirement home isn't hard. Linen building really isn't THAT abandoned. I walk by that place every day and its bustling with activity.

I realize that there is a ton of activity around the building but the building itself has been abandoned for years. I lived here 8 years ago and the place was without staff even then.

Do you know of any other places? Would you like to meet up sometime for some exploration?

I look in that building just trying to figure out everything thats in it. It seems like a lot of the machines are old and covered in dust. I have no idea who owns it.
I'd be down for a little UEing. Might have to wait for a nice weekend or Spring break, though. Stupid school.

I am in the same boat, when school is in, I am busy. I am pretty sure in terms of the Linen Building, if we asked nicely, they would just let us in to look around. As for the place in Caldwell, its not that spectacular inside and I found little to take real good pics of.

I know of a couple of abandoned houses that I like but one of them is still snowed in I think.

I am kind of in the same boat as Jason, I would be down for a get together but it needs to wait for a weekend or Spring Break. Let's be thinking about more spots though because I would love to see this happen.

I don't know how exciting it would be, but I would like to check out the old Knock em dead theater and the old E-club.

I have been in and shot both locations for non-UE related legit job stuff. Not a ton to see in either of them, especially the E-Club. It is pretty much gutted. Knock Em Dead still has part of the stage up and the bar area but other than that, not much to look at.

Sad. I didn't expect much from the bar.
Its starting to get warm out. Need to start getting something on the roll for a place to visit.

Tell me about it. My favorite abandoned house still has snow around it and I am hankering to go take some more pics of it. The only thing that sucks about summer and UE in Idaho is if you are out in the middle of nowhere, there are ticks. I hate ticks.

That isn't the farmhouse over in the Meridian and Ustick area is it? I've been wanting to get into that one for a while.

The one I am thinking of is closer to Nampa near Ustick.
