|  | | | In the previous thread I suggested the possibility of a meetup and field trip to Lime, Oregon for the Boise area people. I figured I would start a thread to discuss who would be down for a drive and if we could get this to be a UER sanctioned meet.
For those who have never ventured to Lime, it is an abandoned plant about thirty minutes past Ontario, Ore. There isn't too much need to be discreet in giving it's location because if you have ever driven to Seattle or Portland from Boise, you have passed the place. It is a good spot to shoot pics and there is always something new to look at. Going now would also mean no ticks and snakes lurking about but I think it would be wise to go before we get a whole lot of snow on the ground.
Who is up for the trip and when should we try going?

Figure meeting somewhere like the Best Buy in Nampa's parking lot and then deciding the carpooling situation there? We could schedule the meetup at 10am and plan on being on site around 12pm. Anyone want to shoot for Dec 18th, weather and road conditions permitting? The 11th will work too, but I would need to get a babysitter. My boys are way too young to go, although I'm sure they would love it.
