| | | Well, I'm still on Saltspring, I'll be here for a couple more days, then to Vic around Wed or so. Sorry SSIgirl, I don't think I'll be here come Sunday. I was on Mt Bruce the last couple nights, and set up many an antenna...only to tear it all down in seconds when the lightning started to hit the radio towers only a few hundred feet away. Scary indeed! PM me if anyone would like to visit or explore, i have caving gear, and exploration gear ready to go!! Too bad draining season isn't here yet.

| I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too! |

| | | Posted by 2Dog Without going into detail - I'd definitely say it's not a sidewalk areaway, nor would I rate it as the long lost tunnels of Vic. However I will say that this area will significantly help resolve one of the many "rumors" of places that have been discussed on this site. But speaking of sidewalk areaway's here is a pic of another spot that I just started to investigate. The room is about 4x5 and is located under the sidewalk. I've been told that behind the plywood is a passage. I'm guessing that it will turnout to be one of these areaway's. The interesting part is nowhere near any of the sidewalk glass prism parts of town. Could be a bit before I have to time to investigate this one - but looking forward to it. Question-do any of the rental shops in town rent any kind of endoscopes (for checking perhaps-pluming behind walls)¿¿. Looks like an old elevator shaft area that has been blocked in with plywood as a storage are, but like you I am always curious as to what's behind the facade.
