Hey, it was nice meeting everyone, although I am still a little hazy on matching everyone's faces up with their names. Sorry I didn't make it out draining this afternoon either. Hopefully with some more advance notice I will be ready and willing. Here's hoping this becomes more of a regular thing!

Yeah, it was nice to meet you guys!

I only took 2 shots of graffiti. I didn't really notice too many opportunities for good photos until I thought about it later.

It was nice meeting all you folks as well...glad I was able to make it down in time. Sorry I couldn't do the explore part, but I did need to stay clean for my evening thing.

Rev told me and I forgot to check the details here. Next time?

There are some above-ground options around town, too....

I think y'all forgot to set the "Repeats every X" bit, 'cause I don't see the event listing. Hope you get something going this month or next!

Don't worry about conflicting with the Dallas meetup. It's not like we're in one of those little-bitty states that needs an arrow on the map to point it out -- it's a big enough place for two at the same time.

I didn't set it up as a recurrence since I wasn't sure how many people were actually interested. Since we had a pretty decent turn out last time I'm definitely game for doing it again.

How about the 3rd Sunday of the month? That way we can go play with the DFW kids on the second Sunday if the need strikes.

I'll go ahead and put it on the events list and we can discuss where to go here. We could do downtown again and do some other drains, or maybe even check out the steel mill or something since it's down there.

What about Saturday's, for those of us who do not live in Austin?

I'm open to a Saturday as well, definitely would make for an easier trip for those further away. Would you be able to do this Saturday if we were to change it, or should we plan on that for September? Or more of a hence-forth sort of thing...

And yes, we have an abandoned steel mill down here, I've only managed to wander around the outside of it though.

I'm proposing Veggie Heaven as a place of food. I'd link to their website, but it's pretty horrid. It's all vegetables, but I've heard it's very tasty. Any violently opposed? They're down on The Drag. (21st & Guadalupe)
