Along this road there are a couple things to see. There is an old farm house and there is the disappointment cave. The main thing on this road is "the slaughter house." It is about a 3 mile hike/bike there and back but unlike the last meet and greet it is fairly flat compared. After this there are 2 choices that we can do (depending on the time of day.) We can go and do Byron Hotel, or we can go to the Anchor Glass Co. building. Also around here is the Black Diamond Mines. They are legal to go into so if your not the type that likes to get busted there you go. But if mines are what you like i know of a few on Mt. Diablo not far from the slaughter house that we can go and check out. All in all there is a lot of stuff out there so lets go see it all.
